1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the Buyer) and InWigs. No amendment or modification of these terms shall be valid unless made in writing and approved by an authorized representative of InWigs.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to written price verification by InWigs. The shipment of goods does not imply final acceptance of the order terms or pricing.

3. Substitution

InWigs reserves the right to substitute products of equal quality and function without prior notice. If you do not accept substitutions, you must clearly indicate this when requesting a quote or placing an order.

4. Pricing

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all quoted prices are valid for 10 days. Prices are subject to change without notice due to updated costs or government-imposed pricing regulations.

If prices are adjusted, you will be notified before the order is processed, and you may cancel the order if desired.

5. Shipping & Transportation

InWigs will determine the carrier and shipping route unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for shipping delays or extra transportation costs caused by the carrier.

6. Packaging

All products will be packed according to standard industry practices. If you require special packaging, additional charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

7. Copyright

All product images, designs, and written content on this site are protected by copyright. If you believe any content on our website infringes your rights, please contact us at info@inwigs.co.uk and we will promptly address the issue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
