Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return. Do not return any item without prior approval.
All returned items must:
- Be in unused, original condition
- Include original packaging
- Be returned via a trackable shipping method
Note: We are not responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the issue. Please include clear photos and explanation of the problem when requesting a return.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Funds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
1. Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the item using a trackable method.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Refunds Policy Summary
- Returns accepted for quality issues only.
- Items must be unused and returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Promotional items or gifts must also be returned.
Change Policy
You may request changes before production begins. If the new item costs more, we’ll send a payment request for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Note: Once production begins, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us at info@inwigs.co.uk as soon as possible to request changes.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 hours: Full refund
- 24–72 hours: Partial refund (depends on production progress)
- After 72 hours or shipped: Orders cannot be canceled
If we do not receive your cancellation request within 5 days, we will process your order and apply the refund rules above.
Return Shipping Responsibility
1. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
2. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please ensure the return is sent with a reliable, trackable courier. We do not take responsibility for any lost or delayed returns.
